About
Dr. Zolal Ayazpour is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. Her research centers on studying the chemistry and physics of the Earth’s atmosphere, with a particular focus on satellite-based observations. She develops algorithms to retrieve trace gas column densities and estimate emissions of short-lived air pollutants. Her research also incorporates data-driven and machine learning methods to advance understanding of atmospheric features and air pollution.
Ph.D. Candidate (University at Buffalo), M.Sc. (University of Stuttgart), B.Sc. (University of Tehran)
