Vadim Semenov
About
Vadim is a NASA Hubble Fellow at the Institute for Theory and Computation. His research aims to advance our understanding of how galaxies form and evolve, and together with his collaborators, he uses numerical simulations of galaxies to gain insights into this problem. His previous and current work focuses on the origin of inefficient star formation in galaxies and the scaling relations between star formation rates and gas content, modeling interstellar turbulence, cosmic ray propagation, star formation, and various forms of stellar feedback, as well as a variety of topics in computational methods related to galaxy formation.
