Ramprasad Rao is a scientist and engineer with the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian at the Submillimeter Array (SMA) located on the summit of Mauna Kea in Hawaii. Ramprasad Rao specializes in conducting polarization observations at submillimeter wavelengths and also works on various instrumentation efforts for the SMA.
