About

Madankui Tao is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian. Her research focuses on atmospheric chemistry, with an emphasis on tropospheric ozone pollution and related trace gas species. She integrates satellite observations, ground-based measurements, and chemical transport models to investigate the processes controlling air pollution variability and extreme ozone events. Her work also examines the spatial and temporal variability of atmospheric composition and explores how satellite observations can improve the monitoring and understanding of air quality.
