Frances Skinner
About
Frances is a member of the HITRAN team at the CfA in the AMP division. She has developed a new automatic referencing tool for database management. Frances has also developed a new microwave line shape code to be implemented in HAPI 2.0 and/or integrated with HAPI 1.0, for modeling opacities in the microwave to far infrared region of the spectrum. She is developing an updated sulfur dioxide line list to be integrated into HITRAN2020. Fran’s background is in chemistry, and she also has a broad background in spectroscopy.
