As an IT/Data Specialist in the Chandra Director's Office, I manage databases and websites, organize Chandra's presence at the AAS, and help with the Chandra Peer Review. I research proposal trends, looking for signs of unconscious bias in the Chandra review process. I also recently redesigned the Chandra website.
