        About
Daichi Tsuna's research aims to understand the underlying physics of mysterious transient phenomena found in recent surveys, using analytical and numerical methods. He works on hydrodynamics, radiation transfer, and stellar/binary evolution modeling to understand e.g. stellar explosions, pre-supernova mass-loss, binary interactions, and populations of compact objects in our Milky Way.
