Christine Buckley

Christine Buckley is Director of Communications at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian, where she works to tell the stories of the Center's pioneering research and the remarkable people who make it possible. She leads external and internal communications, including strategic marketing, web development, editorial content, public relations, science writing, and executive and crisis communications. Prior to joining the CfA, Christine worked in science communications at the University of Connecticut, the University of Massachusetts, the Ecological Society of America and Fermliab. 
 

Christine received her undergraduate degree in biology and journalism from Boston University, did graduate work at Tulane University, and earned her Ph.D. in evolutionary biology from UMass Amherst.
