About
Christina Lindberg is a JC Ryan Fellow at the Center for Astrophysics - Harvard & Smithsonian, collaborating with Dr. Catherine Zucker to study the structure of the interstellar medium of nearby galaxies. She recently completed her astrophysics Ph.D. at Johns Hopkins University (2025) under the mentorship of Dr. Claire Murray and other researchers in the ISM* group at STScI. Her research goal is to understand how the exchange of energy and momentum between stars and interstellar medium (ISM) drives the baryonic ecosystem of galaxies. To do this, she use multi-band photometric imaging of nearby galaxies (HST/JWST) to characterize stars and map the interstellar medium.
PhD (Johns Hopkins University/STScI), BSc (University of Washington)
