        About
Kevin Ortiz Ceballos is a first-year graduate student in the Department of Astronomy broadly interested in topics in planetary, exoplanetary and stellar astrophysics across multiple wavelengths. He works with Dr. Mercedes López-Morales on the ACCESS survey, performing ground-based transmission spectroscopy of exoplanets. He also works in radio astronomy and is a longtime user of the Arecibo Observatory, where he used the telescope to study Solar System objects and flares in planet-hosting stars.
B.Sc. Physics with second concentration in Philosophy, University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras Campus
